Delete Account

You can permanently delete your LOKL account and all associated data at any time.

Delete via the App

Open the LOKL app and go to the Account tab

Tap Edit Profile

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account

Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  1. Your account and profile information
  2. Pages you are the sole owner of
  3. Your bookings and membership applications
  4. Your notification history
  5. Your follow lists and page associations

If you are an admin on a shared page, your admin access is removed but the page remains for other admins.

Can't access the app?

Email hello@lokl.co from the email address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
